NTS Radio

NTS is a territory where music knows no boundaries, and people — not algorithms — decide what plays on air. The curation here spans everything from leftfield electronica and ambient textures to rare Caribbean archives. The station offers two live streams: Live 1 for daytime shows, chat, and eclectic mixes, and Live 2 for non-stop club sets. For steady background vibes, Infinite Mixtapes provides 24/7 themed collections like "Slow Focus" or "Post-Punk" that work perfectly for focus or downtime.

My day starts with The NTS Breakfast Show w/ Flo. Tuning in this Thursday, I heard her morning tracklist shift smoothly into spiritual jazz with Pharoah Sanders’ “Greeting to Saud (Brother McCoy Tyner).” It’s easy to see why this 9-to-11 slot is a hit: Flo talks to her listeners so naturally, it feels like catching up in a kitchen. By evening, DJs like Ben Sims or Floating Points take over with club tracks and hard-to-find electronic sets.

According to 2026 RadioToday data, the station has long outgrown its local community roots. Broadcasting from permanent studios in London, Manchester, and Los Angeles, the platform now connects listeners across more than 50 cities. It draws over 3 million monthly listeners, and with 50 percent of the music played never hitting Spotify, it remains the go-to spot for genuine discovery.
